- Do I need to bring my valuables anywhere?
- No. Our concierge service is designed around private in-home appointments. Your items stay with you until you decide to sell.
- Is there an obligation to sell?
- No. There is never an obligation to accept an offer. Many clients simply want to understand what they have.
- What types of items do you buy?
- Gold and silver jewelry, fine and estate jewelry, diamonds, luxury watches and pocket watches, U.S. and world coins, precious metals and bullion, sterling silver and hollowware, select collectibles and full estate collections.
- Can you evaluate an entire estate?
- Yes. Larger estate collections are one of the primary reasons this private service exists, and we allow extra time for them.
- Do I need to organize everything first?
- No. You do not need to sort, identify or clean anything before we arrive. We are comfortable reviewing items exactly as they are.
- Can multiple family members be present?
- Yes. Family members, executors or advisors are welcome to attend the appointment.
- Do you purchase broken jewelry?
- Yes, depending on the material and the item. Broken, mismatched and unwanted pieces are frequently purchased.
- How long does an appointment take?
- It depends on the size and complexity of the collection. A few pieces may take under an hour, while a full estate can take considerably longer. We never rush an appointment.
- Is my appointment confidential?
- Yes. Privacy and discretion are core parts of the service. Your information, your items and your circumstances remain private.
- What areas do you serve?
- Eastern Pennsylvania and surrounding areas, including the Lehigh Valley, Bucks County and Montgomery County, plus New Jersey, with exact availability confirmed when scheduling.
