Nature of the Service
Legacy Private Buyers provides private, appointment-based evaluations and purchases of jewelry, precious metals, watches, coins, sterling silver and estate collections. We do not operate a retail storefront and do not offer loans, consignment or appraisal certificates for insurance purposes.
Evaluations and Offers
Evaluations are provided as a courtesy in connection with a potential purchase. We are not obligated to purchase any item, and not every item presented will be purchased. Offers reflect market conditions at the time of the appointment and may change.
No Obligation
Receiving an evaluation or an offer never obligates you to sell. You may decline any offer for any reason.
Ownership
By presenting items, you represent that you own them or are authorized to sell them, including as an executor or authorized representative of an estate. Valid identification may be required to complete a transaction as required by law.
